Lisa is Senior Director, People Experience and one of the founding members of Ogi, Wales largest independent telecoms company. Lisa is the Executive Lead at Ogi for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). Lisa is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 15 years experience in Human Resources gained across the public, private and not for profit sectors. Lisa is passionate about creating workplaces that recognise employees as whole people and fostering a culture of inclusion, understanding and flexibility.
