Help Ensure a Future with Forests!
Our work depends on the fundraising efforts of individuals and organisations across Wales. You can make a real difference in supporting Indigenous communities, protecting forests and tackling the climate crisis by fundraising for Size of Wales.
Ring O’ Fire is a coastal ultra marathon which takes runners on an extraordinary 135 mile journey around Ynys Môn, North Wales. The epic foot race is staged over three consecutive days and follows the rugged and spectacular Ynys Môn Coastal Path.
Established in 2012, Run 4 Wales has grown into one of the UK’s best-known mass participation event organisers, driven by a desire to deliver world-class events with a positive social agenda. They have an ambitious and developing portfolio of events with experience in the delivery of running, cycling and multi-sport adventure races. Some of their events include the Cardiff Half Marathon, the Newport Marathon and the Barry Island 10k.
Always Aim High Events are synonymous with being spectacularly beautiful, uniquely challenging, professionally run and always friendly. They set out to offer ‘something different’, support local economies and showcase the beautiful locations of Wales and this is what every event does.
Endurance Life provides unrivalled trail running experiences in some of the most challenging and breathtaking locations. In Wales, their events can be found in the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

Micah from North Wales gave up his bed and slept on the floor for 40 nights during Lent 2022. Micah says he cared strongly about Size of Wales’ mission and raised a fantastic £100 from his efforts.
Staff at DWCC in Bristol held a bake sale to raise funds for our Festive Trees campaign. The team has been fundraising for Size of Wales for several years to make their workplace more environmentally friendly.
A team of runners supported Size of Wales in the Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2022. They collectively raised £1470 for forest communities tackling deforestation across the world. If you’d like to enter the Cardiff Half Marathon on behalf of Size of Wales in future, please get in touch.
