New strategy sets out vision for a deforestation-free Wales
Published today, on the UN International Day of Forests our new Strategic Plan (2026–2030) sets out how Wales can lead on global responsibility, from protecting tropical forests to transforming supply chains and empowering young people.
With the climate and nature crisis accelerating, this plan is a call to action; showing how local decisions in Wales can drive global impact.
