- Qualification or relevant experience of delivering sessions with school aged young people.
- Fluent Welsh speaker.
- Engaging, passionate delivery style.
- Ability to self manage time effectively, manage competing demands and prioritise own workload.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture strong relationships with schools
- Understanding or willingness to learn about environmental topics such as climate change, climate justice and deforestation.
- Good organisational skills, project management skills and the ability to meet targets and achieve demonstrable results.
- Experience of tracking, monitoring and evaluating data of outreach work and using this to write reports to funders.
- Good IT skills, including microsoft office, gmail and google documents.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding including digital safeguarding issues.
Training will be provided to ensure that all candidates feel supported in their role and progress their career development. IT training of essential software will also be offered.
