Scout joined Size of Wales with a background in sustainability, ecology, conservation and research. She has worked across the environmental sector, from conducting environmental policy research to delivering habitat management and species surveying in the UK and beyond. She is passionate about the intersection between people and nature, and developing equitable and just approaches to climate action which protect communities both at home and abroad. Scout will bring her research background and experience in the public and third sectors to her role on the policy team at Size of Wales, alongside continuing work in research and volunteering with her local climate and nature groups.
