Data Protection Consent for Photographs and Videos

Size of Wales is dedicated to protecting personal data, particularly for children. As part
of our mission, we capture photos and videos during school activities to document and
share the positive impact of our work.

Purpose of Use 

Your school will have already gained consent from parents / carers for children to be
photographed / filmed. By booking, you confirm that your school’s consent form covers
third party providers, such as Size of Wales, to take photos / film children during Size of
Wales activities for the following purposes:

• Promotion and Awareness: Use on our website, social media, and promotional
  materials.
• Partnerships: Sharing with partners and third parties such as funders.
• Educational Materials: Inclusion in presentations, workshops, and reports.

Data Protection and Privacy

We adhere to GDPR regulations, ensuring data is securely stored and used only for the stated purposes. If any child should not be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff at the event

By proceeding with this booking, you consent to:

• Children being photographed and filmed subject to the school’s own consent
  procedures
• Use of these images as described
• Sharing images with third parties
• Informing Size of Wales of any children that may not be filmed/ photographed.

Parents / carers may withdraw their consent at any time. Please inform us of any
change to consent or if you have any concerns, by contacting Size of Wales on
