Schools: Book your free Rainforest and climate change workshops!

Posted on
Size of Wales is now taking bookings for school workshops and assemblies in the Summer term of 2022. These are available to all schools in Wales free of charge.
Why book a workshop or assembly?
  • We will enhance teaching on climate change with an exciting and engaging workshop.
  • We will enable your pupils to become “ethical, informed citizens of Wales and the world” through fun, practical activities.
  • You will receive free resources designed in line with the new curriculum.
Our workshops

Select from one of the following workshops – we are happy to adapt them to suit your needs:

  • Discovering rainforests with Elon the Elephant (Nursery/Reception).
  • Celebrating rainforests with Tom Tom the Orangutan (Year 1/2).
  • Guardians of the Forests: Climate change and how to protect our precious rainforests (KS2).
Our assemblies

We are now offering whole school assemblies again that teach children about the importance of tropical rainforests, in a fun and interactive way.

How to book

Please email [email protected] to arrange your workshop. Please note, spaces for workshops are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
