Ahead of the COP26 global climate summit in November, Size of Wales will be taking part in an online event on 1st March, St David’s Day, hosted by the Welsh Government.
Introduced by First Minister of Wales, Mark Drakeford, and presented by television presenter, Iolo Williams, the event will focus on Wales’ current efforts at becoming a globally responsible nation. This will include an update from the Mbale Trees Project and the launch of a video about its work and aim of planting 25 million trees in Eastern Uganda to combat climate change.
Size of Wales Director Nicola Pulman will also join the panel to discuss the organisation’s work of linking Wales to communities on the frontline of climate change to make a tangible impact.
