Do you want to take part in the Cardiff Half and run for the world’s tropical forests?

Size of Wales has 10 spots to fill in the Cardiff Half and are looking for some heroes to take part.

The Cardiff Half takes place on Sunday 6th October and you could be one of 27,000 runners taking part on the day.

If you’re interested, please get in touch via [email protected]. We ask that anyone running on behalf of Size of Wales do some fundraising.

We would like to thank Run4Wales and the Cardiff Half for their support. In an effort to address the climate impacts of the event, we have partnered up, offering runners the option to donate to Size of Wales’ tropical forest protection projects in order to mitigate the carbon emitted through their participation in the event.

Tropical forests are an amazingly effective “technology” for absorbing vast amounts of carbon dioxide and therefore, when protected, tropical forests have massive potential to absorb tons of carbon and curb the impacts of climate change.
